Description

15–20 years of experience in asset management, finance, or investment banking, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organisational objectives and market opportunities.
Direct portfolio management, including asset allocation, performance optimization, and risk mitigation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, fostering ethical and sustainable practices.
Drive innovation in asset management, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance decision-making.
Mentor and guide senior management and investment teams to achieve departmental and organisational goals.
