is seeking to recruit National Personnel to support the Administrative and
Finance department within the Service Unit with administrative functions. The
National Personnel will be working together with the core administrative
department of the Service Unit TZ within Dar es Salaam.

Responsibilities
-
Support
the team in processing travel requests and settlements when required
-
Verify
and ensure the accuracy of travel-related documentation and receipts.

Respond
to inquiries from employees regarding travel claims and related matters.

Support
the team in events management i.e planning, organizing, arranging for meetings
and events
-
Support
the team with event retirements, receipts/voucher verifications and
processing for their payment through the accountant
-
Support
the team in day-to-day voucher sorting and organization
-
Filing
financial administration documents and treating information confidentially
-
Assist
with scanning and uploading digital vouchers on Cloud as needed
-
performs
other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Professional
Experience
You have a bachelor’s
degree in business administration, accounting or similar fields.You possess basic
knowledge and first initial experience in accounting, and administrative dutiesGood knowledge of the
use of Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etcStrong attention to
details and organizational skillsShould have good
communication and interpersonal skills
Initial experience in development cooperation
is an added advantage
