Responsibilities
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Proficiency in using service management software is an added advantage.
