Responsibilities
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Computer Hardware and Software Installation.
Data Input, Processing and Report Generation.
Network (LAN/WAN) Installation, administration & maintenance.
IT Help Desk support.
Backup and replication of Local Servers Data.
Maintain hardware and software updates and access.
Domain administration.
System and Network Security.
Data Analysis and Automation.
Collaborating with departments to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
Design and develop efficient and elegant software based on requirements.
Testing and deploying programs and applications
EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
2-3 years of working experience.
Computer hardware and troubleshooting skills.
Networking fundamentals knowledge.
Operating systems (Windows, Linux)
Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
Advanced Programming Skills
PERFORMANCE CRITERIА
