Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing/industrial operations (Nigeria experience required).
- Strong technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Experience in inventory management and factory operations.
- Exposure to injection molding and/or plastics recycling (PET recycling is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of production machinery and maintenance coordination.
- Proven leadership and factory management experience.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and operational skills.
- Good understanding of HSE standards and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production processes (sorting, washing, shredding, extrusion, pelletizing).
- Ensure daily production targets for quality and quantity are achieved.
- Supervise and coordinate factory staff, including supervisors and machine operators.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Oversee machine performance and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance.
- Manage raw materials, inventory control, and wastage reduction.
- Prepare daily/weekly production and operational reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
