• Lead field-level planning activities including HAZID/HAZOP participation, permit-to-work systems, pre-spud meetings, and toolbox talks, ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

• Oversee well control readiness, BOP integrity, and pressure control systems while ensuring crew competency, certification compliance, and operational readiness.

• Monitor drilling performance, well progress, NPT drivers, and cost performance, providing real-time intervention and recommending optimization measures.

• Coordinate maintenance, inspection, and availability of critical field equipment to ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime.

• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely reporting of well progress, incidents, and performance updates to management.

• Manage interfaces between drilling, well services, logistics, procurement, camp services, and regulatory stakeholders in the field environment.

• Lead incident response, investigation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Support contract management processes including scope clarifications, variations, and commercial interface coordination with procurement and contract teams.

• Perform any other duties as assigned to support safe and efficient well delivery operations.
