Work on real business projects that deliver meaningful impact
Gain exposure to industry-leading technologies and solutions
Collaborate with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Build practical experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment
Develop technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities through structured learning and mentorship

Qualification:

BEng. or BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Computer engineering
Minimum academic average of 2nd Class Upper Division
Recent graduate (Class of 2026) or graduating within the next 6 months
Eligible to work in Kenya
Available to work on-site and interested in practical, field-based learning experiences
Must be a graduate from an accredited university
