Qualification and Experience
- A minimum of B.Sc Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- A minimum of 12 years’ demonstrable reservoir-engineering experience in the exploration and production industry
- Track record in field development planning/execution and wells, reservoir, and facility management.
- A willingness to undertake frequent and sometimes extended visits to field locations.
- Exceptionally good competency in reservoir modelling/simulations, WRFM, field execution and business planning
- Strong skill set in analytical reservoir engineering.
- Good knowledge of the estimation, classification, and reporting of resource volumes per industry standards such as Nigerian National Standard, Petroleum Resource Management System, etc.
- Conversant with industry standard discipline software e.g., Eclipse, Petrel RE, navigator, Saphir, IAM, GAP, PVTi, PVTsim, MBAL, etc
- Fluency in written and spoken English language.

- Good understanding and application of the key drivers of development planning/execution, drilling/completion, WRFM, production operations, economics, etc
- Ability to generate quality technical reports and value proposition.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written (English Language)
- Ability to manage stakeholders – internal and external.
