Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresh university graduates
  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters with a First-Class or exceptional performance in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • GPA of 3.5 and above
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills; coding experience (e.g., Python) is a plus
  • Exceptional extracurricular achievements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Self-starter with high energy, urgency, and personal accountability
  • Willingness to develop business acumen
  • Creative thinker with a readiness to challenge oneself and others
  • Stay updated with existing and emerging technologies
