Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh university graduates
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters with a First-Class or exceptional performance in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- GPA of 3.5 and above
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills; coding experience (e.g., Python) is a plus
- Exceptional extracurricular achievements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-starter with high energy, urgency, and personal accountability
- Willingness to develop business acumen
- Creative thinker with a readiness to challenge oneself and others
- Stay updated with existing and emerging technologies
