Description

The hr manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resource functions across the company’s multiple branches. The role ensures that the organization attracts, develops and retains skilled employees while maintaining compliance to labour laws and company policies.

The hr manager supports business growth by implementing effective recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training, compensation and disciplinary processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting Staff

  • Process payroll

  • Process all statutory paymens i.e PAYE, SHIF,HOUSING LEVY, NSSF etc

  • Manage leaves and offs

  • Performance management

  • Displinary actions and hearings

  • Updating policies

  • Maintain accurate employee records

  • Providing career growth

  • Training and development

  • Team building and staff motivation sessions

  • Regular visits to the branches

  • Weekly updates to the management


Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree in hr management and business management

2. Professional hr certification

3. At least 5 years’ experience in a busy environment

4.Sound knowledge of employment laws and hr best practices

5.strong leadership, communication, problem solving and organizational skills

6.proficiency in hr information systems and Microsoft office applications.
