Description
Role: HR Administrator
Role Description
This role primarily aims to free the founder from intensive administrative tasks, allowing her to focus on strategic consulting, advisory work, and business development.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in HR documentation, knowledge of U.S. employment compliance (excluding California and New York), and the ability to tailor materials for various industries. Although the position begins as non–client-facing, there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility over time. Candidates who can also support light outreach or commercial tasks will have an advantage.
Responsibilities
HR Administration & Documentation
- Drafting, updating, and customizing employee handbooks for different industries (previous experience required).
- Researching and applying U.S. state labor laws (excluding California and New York).
Creating and maintaining SOPs, Job descriptions,KPIs, Internal documentation
- Ensuring accuracy, alignment, and professionalism across all HR materials.
Recruiting & HR Support
- Administrative support for the recruiting process under the hourly HR model.
- Candidate coordination, documentation management, scheduling, and pipeline follow-up.
- Collaboration on internal HR projects related to clients (without direct client interaction).
Nice-to-Have: Commercial / Outreach Support
- Assistance with light outreach, email follow-up, or prospect list creation.
- Administrative support on sales or partnership tasks.
- Potential performance-based bonuses for business generation.
Responsibilities
Requirements – Skills
- Advanced English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience exclusively in Human Resources roles.
- Proven experience supporting HR functions in the United States (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment compliance.
- Experience drafting or updating employee handbooks.
- Recruiting experience (required).
- Excellent English writing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- High organization, reliability, and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to adapt communication and documentation to different industries.
- High level of technological proficiency.
Preferred
- Experience in consulting firms or professional services.
- Knowledge of HR operations or recruiting administration workflows.
- Comfort with outbound tasks or commercial support.
- Familiarity with multi-state U.S. compliance.
- Experience working with U.S. clients from abroad.
- Spanish as a plus.
