Location: Nairobi, Kenya (On‑site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week

English Level: C1 (90%)

Experience: 2+ years in Talent Sourcing / Talent Acquisition


We are looking for a Pipeline Builder to proactively source, engage, and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role is ideal for a strategic sourcer who thrives on market research, creative sourcing, and long‑term relationship building with qualified candidates across multiple roles and industries.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑demand and recurring roles

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and niche platforms

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and interest

  • Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements

  • Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline status updates

  • Develop creative and data‑driven sourcing strategies

  • Stay up to date on market trends and sourcing best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition

  • Proven ability to independently build and manage talent pipelines

  • Strong candidate research and passive outreach skills

  • Hands‑on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search)

  • Experience sourcing for high‑volume or specialized roles

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong time‑management and prioritization abilities

  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment

  • Proactive, results‑driven, and detail‑oriented
