Description
- Perform routine inspection, lubrication, adjustment, and preventive maintenance of pen packaging machines.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out corrective maintenance to minimize production downtime.
- Troubleshoot issues related to packaging machine mechanisms, conveyors, feeding systems, sealing units, carton packing units, and labelling systems.
- Support predictive maintenance activities through condition monitoring and equipment inspections.
- Repair or replace defective machine components such as bearings, chains, belts, gears, cams, shafts, guides, and pneumatic elements.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
