Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, major in engineering (bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent; Preferably specialized in Biotechnology, Biomedical equipment or equivalent;
  
• More than 3 years of customer service-related experience in medical industry, IVD LAB product (Chemistry/Immunoassay/Hematology and so on) and Quality Control experience are preferred;
  
• Strong coaching and leadership skills, able to motivate internal employees and outside partners;
  
• Good communication skills and strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit;
  
• Accept frequently international business trip.
  

• Provide technical support (IVD Lab equipment) to local distributors;
  
• Service management and improvement (training ,spare parts, trouble shoot) to local distributors;
  
• Execute headquarters’ service requirement and establish suitable service strategy for the local market;
  
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and improvement, dynamic competition investigation;
  
• Organize added-value service to local market, improving Mindray service reputation;
  
• Achieve targets on service sales revenue and contract signing.
