What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with medical records management in a legal or healthcare setting.

  • Proficiency in RingCentral and Casee (or similar systems).

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle heavy call volume.

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.




Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, providing updates and support.

  • Manage a high-volume caseload with precision and care.

  • Use RingCentral and Casee case management system daily.

  • Identify pending medical records and billing requests.

  • Contact medical facilities via phone or written communication.

  • Review and interpret previously submitted medical records.

  • Enter detailed notes of communications with providers.

  • Set follow-up dates and escalate issues to assigned paralegals.

  • Maintain electronic files and ensure timely case progression.
