About the Role
We are a growing firm dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services in personal injury cases. We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistants with at least 1 year of legal experience and advanced English (C1) to support our legal operations and provide outstanding client service.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Minimum 1 year of legal experience.
- Advanced English level (C1) – strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Availability to work onsite in designated locations and assigned schedules.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and adaptability.
Nice to Have
- Studies in Law or related fields (preferred if schedule allows full-time work).
- Background in sworn translation or legal translation.
- Experience in personal injury or high-volume case environments.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients in English.
- Case Management: Manage a high volume of personal injury cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
- Institutional Coordination: Interact with hospitals, insurance companies, police departments, and related entities.
- Task Prioritization: Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently based on urgency and importance.
- Scheduling: Coordinate medical treatments and physical therapy appointments for clients.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
