Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Education, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Planning, Project Management, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications;
- Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution only for the successful applicants.

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Education, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Planning, Project Management, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications;
- Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution only for the successful applicants.
- Identifying problems/areas for possible research;
- Drafting proposals for research studies;
- Inducting personnel to be involved in the various activities of the research studies;
- Development of instruments for data collection;
- Validation of instruments and compiling validation reports;
- Training of data collectors;
- Security printing and storage of data collection instruments;
- Drawing work plans and budgets for research studies;
- Participating in data collection, entry, cleaning, and analysis;
- Report writing and dissemination of findings and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Carrying out quality checks on the research procedures.
