Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Meat Processing, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in meat processing or food manufacturing, including supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of beef processing, food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team supervision skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and reporting systems.
- Understanding of inventory control and FIFO practices.
- Good problem-solving and operational planning skills.
