Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and keeping records of all incoming and outgoing goods from central stores
- Maintaining permanent, expendable and consumable ledgers professionally
- Issuing goods to persons and departments at the institute
- Preparing LPOS and sending out quotation s
- Verifying physical stock taking and clearance from staff and trainees who are leaving the institute
- Keeping materials in the right place areas in the manner prescribed
- Maintaining general cleanliness and organization in the store
- Initiating physical stock taking of all institute departments/offices occasionally
Requirements
- Must have a Diploma in Supply chain Management from a recognized examining body
- Must have at least 3 years experience in store keeping
- Above the age of 25 years of age
- Must be computer literate
