Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Relevant Project Management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.

  • Familiarity of the industry, domain, or technology related to the client's project.

  • Relevant problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address issues that may arise during project implementation.



Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.

  • Relevant Project Management Certifications preferably PMP is a must

  • ITIL certification is beneficial.


Required experience:

  • Minimum Two years' experience in Project Management preferably in the IT industry.

  • Background in delivering IT services, Managing IT projects, and Understanding the IT service lifecycle

  • Experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Interfaces with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.
  • Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.
  • Manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Ensures effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to methodology and processes as adopted in the management and execution of projects and ensure that projects are executed in accordance with a common framework within the Company.
  • Identify project risks and/or issues and implement necessary action plans to manage them and avoid potential delays and scope creep.
  • Follow up the delivered products and solutions on an agreed regular basis with the customer to keep informed about the life cycle evolvement of the implemented customer solution.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability and performance with the project team
  • Conduct project evaluations and post implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas of improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
  • Performs any other related task as required.
