• Bachelor's degree in social work and social administration or Social Science or Arts or Management or Community Psychology with a recognized bias in Social Work field such as Psychology or Community Health. A Master's degree in Public Health, Sociology, community health or related discipline.

• At least 5 years of professional experience, 3 years of which should have been served in the health sector.

• Familiarity with the GOU's health systems and community health system strategies.
