To develop and implement research projects and partnerships that further the scientific understanding of soils, cultivate awareness of soil health, and develop and promote the practical application of science-based practices to ensure sustainable soil productivity through the protection and rebuilding of working lands.


Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Natural Resources

• PhD in soil science.

• The applicant should have conducted research and published as the first author and/or co-author of at least four articles in peer-reviewed journals.

• At least eight years' experience in conducting agricultural research in soil science fields as evidenced by reports and publication records from a reputable Organisation.
