Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive HR experience in a busy and structured work environment.
- Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations independently..
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems. 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
