Sales Associate - Fragrance Advisor
Description
What You'll Do
- Guide clients through personalised fragrance consultations, in store and by appointment
- Bring each house and scent to life through storytelling: its origins, notes, ingredients and the perfumer's intent
- Build and nurture a loyal clientele through thoughtful follow-up, private previews and a detailed client book
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
- Keep an expert knowledge of our fragrance houses, new launches and the wider niche perfumery landscape
- Present the fragrance space and testers to an impeccable standard
- Support launches, events and brand activations
- Work closely with the styling team to create a complete client experience
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years' sales experience in luxury or niche fragrance.
- Strong understanding of olfactory families, notes and fragrance structure
- A natural gift for storytelling that is warm, evocative and never scripted
- A proven record of building and keeping high-value clients
- Polished presentation and a deep instinct for luxury service
- Confidence using WhatsApp and social media for client relationships
- Fluent spoken and written English
