About the company
MalFour Limited is seeking a
motivated Salesperson to help grow its pharmacy customer base in Kigali. This
is a hands-on, field-based role involving direct engagement with pharmacy
owners and staff to present the product and close deals. Full training on
MalFour's product and sales process will be provided, so what matters most is
attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
Role Summary
Our sales representatives will be responsible for selling our company's product by identifying leads, educating prospects on the product through calls, training, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support. To excel in this role you would need to have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, a deep understanding of the benefits of strong customer service, a gene for closing deals, and an air of self-assurance.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new sales leads (Bringing in at least 3 prospects a month)
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects (Once a week)
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company product where needed or requested
Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments and plan for a clear way forward
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and communicate to them regularly regarding offers and benefits of company products
Develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meet and/or exceed sales quotas set
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
