Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, activations, customer service, real estate, or promotions is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and professional.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp and email.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during activations and site visits.
Responsibilities
- Represent Superior Homes Kenya at activations, events, and exhibitions.
- Engage prospective clients and collect qualified leads.
- Conduct follow-up through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Invite prospective clients for site visits and assist during site tours.
- Present project information clearly and professionally to clients.
- Support the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
- Prepare activation and lead generation reports.
- Ensure activation materials and branding are well presented at all times.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
