Strategic Planning & Budgeting

    • Campaign Planning: Develop quarterly regional marketing calendars aligned with the bank’s national strategy but tailored to local cultural/economic nuances.
    • Financial Oversight: Manage the regional marketing budget; perform monthly reconciliations and ensure all vendors are onboarded and paid per procurement policy.
    • ROI Analysis: Track the "Cost Per Acquisition" (CPA) for all regional activities to ensure high-impact spending.

Local Brand & Identity Management

    • Branding Implementation: Act as the "Brand Guardian" for the region, ensuring all branches, ATMs, and signage meet corporate visual identity standards.
    • Local Media Buying: Identify and manage high-impact local visibility opportunities (e.g., regional radio, billboards in high-traffic markets, or community sponsorships).
    • Competitor Intelligence: Monitor local competitor moves and provide monthly reports on their pricing, visibility, and tactics.

Sales Support & Market Activations

    • Neighborhood Activations: Design and execute high-energy "storming" exercises in key markets, transport hubs, and residential clusters to generate immediate leads.
    • Sales Enablement: Provide the regional sales team with the necessary collateral (flyers, branded merchandise, and digital assets) to close leads effectively.

Community & Relationship Marketing (Added Duties)

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with local traditional rulers, trade unions, and community leaders to facilitate "entry" into new market segments.
    • Customer Feedback Loop: Conduct informal focus groups or surveys during activations to gather insights on local pain points and product gaps.
    • CSR Coordination: Identify local charitable or community causes that align with the bank’s values to boost regional goodwill.

Who you are

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the Financial Services, FMCG, or Telecommunications sectors.
