Description
Key Requirements:
- HACCP Certification – Mandatory
- FSMS certification (e.g., ISO 22000) – Preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hygiene, food safety, or sanitation management within a luxury / 5‑star hotel or large hospitality operation
- Deep knowledge of Kenyan public health regulations and international hygiene standards
- Strong understanding of HACCP implementation, SOP development, and food safety audits
