Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to support international and domestic customers with ticketing services for FIFA tournaments. This role involves assisting the general public, group sales, and customers with special needs, ensuring compliance with FIFA ticketing policies.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work under deadlines and achieve KPIs.

  • Team-oriented, punctual, and detail-focused.

  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms is a plus.


Responsibilities

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, webform, letters, and inbound/outbound calls.

  • Provide accurate information within deadlines and ensure compliance with FIFA regulations.

  • Meet monthly KPI targets and support teammates when needed.

  • Deliver back-office support: data entry, document review, system testing, and translations.

  • Assist customers with disabilities or limited mobility.
