Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management
  • Professional qualifications in accounting an advantage (CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proficiency in both French and English
  • A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in similar field, particularly with international NGOs or international development organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust financial operations model to enhance business performance and ensure seamless service delivery across business units.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of financial transactions and administrative tasks within financial operations.
  • Maintain and update accounting records to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial management information systems.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial accounting practices to enhance business performance and ensure seamless service delivery across business units.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of financial transactions and related administrative tasks within the assigned business unit.
  • Support the smooth running of financial operations in close collaboration with the Team Manager, Financial Operations – Shared Services Center.
  • Maintain and regularly update accounting records to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial management information systems at the country office level.
