Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -


  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Public Administration
    • Education Management
    • Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Professional administrative or management certification is an added advantage.
  • 3-5 years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Experience in managing an educational institution, training center, college campus, or branch office is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising staff and coordinating daily operations.
  • Experience handling budgets, procurement, and record management.
