The Ideal Candidate: Academic, Professional & Experience:
- Bachelors degree from a recognised university
- 5 Years of working experience
- 2 years of working experience in Banking
- 1 years' experience in Retail channels business
- 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- 2 years of experience in Relationship Management
4 years of experience in Card Operations and Card Schemes
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and active portfolio in the Hospitality Merchant sector.
- Merchant recruitment and support across Merchant Acquiring platforms and processing gateways
- Drive deposit mobilization from Merchants in the Hospitality sector
- Undertake Merchant service and support for the Hospitality sector
- Merchant training, and relationship management
- Maintenance of high-level service standards and identify areas of improvement to close gaps.
- Coordinate with back-office department for operational excellence.
- People development
- Implement Acquiring business projects, strategic and marketing initiatives
- Manage Merchant risks, compliance and exposures for the respective sector
