Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
  • Experience with CRM systems, proposal writing, and tender preparation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify new customers, markets, and business trends.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Prepare and customize sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales conversion efforts including presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Track competitor activities and provide insights for strategic decisions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of proposals, contracts, and client engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
  • Prepare and submit timely business development reports.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and networking forums.
