Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst I

We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Verification Specialist to review and confirm insurance eligibility, educate patients on benefits, and collaborate with billing teams and healthcare providers to ensure accurate coverage information.

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare insurance
Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and EMR systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
