What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–2 years’ experience in administration, operations, or customer-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence handling phone and email communication professionally
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Reliable, consistent, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
Responsibilities
Vendor Coordination & Communication
- Manage vendor portals to track compliance requirements and updates
- Communicate with vendors via email and phone to request and follow up on documentation
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with external stakeholders
Documentation & Compliance Support
- Review vendor submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Track outstanding requirements and follow up consistently
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records across systems
- Flag missing or non-compliant documentation for escalation
Client Support
- Support day-to-day compliance operations in line with client expectations
- Provide timely updates on progress, issues, and outstanding items
- Escalate risks or delays proactively
