We are looking for a dynamic personality who should possess a minimum of 5 years in the field of HR with hands on experience in areas; Hiring, Training, Performance Appraisals, etc

1. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

2. Create and implement effective onboarding plans.

3. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

4. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.

5. Perform other related duties as required.
