Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA leadership role, preferably within the food or related industry.
  
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant quality management software.
  
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail.

• Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products by overseeing rigorous inspection and testing routines.
  
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and training of staff on quality systems and compliance. Manage and resolve quality-related customer complaints and non-conformances, ensuring rigorous root cause analysis and corrective actions. Compile and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting areas of success and those requiring improvement.
