📢 Job Opening: Paid Media Specialist
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CDT)
Experience: 3–5 years

🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns end-to-end and is passionate about driving visibility, traffic, and conversions through experimentation, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
✅ Key Responsibilities
▪️ Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
▪️ Develop campaign strategies aligned with brand, growth, and performance goals
▪️ Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
▪️ Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing page messaging
▪️ Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI
▪️ Design and manage A/B testing for ads, audiences, and conversion funnels
▪️ Track and analyze key KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
▪️ Prepare performance reports and present insights, recommendations, and next steps to stakeholders
▪️ Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
▪️ Support additional digital strategies such as remarketing, email marketing, and SEO/visibility initiatives
▪️ Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends
Responsibilities
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
▪️ 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns end-to-end
▪️ Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
▪️ Solid understanding of paid media metrics, analytics, and conversion tracking
▪️ Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and tracking pixels
▪️ Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
▪️ Strong copywriting and ad messaging optimization skills
▪️ Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
▪️ Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel-based marketing
▪️ Basic understanding of SEO and visibility strategies
▪️ Experience supporting or integrating email marketing campaigns
▪️ Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
▪️ Detail-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset
▪️ English level: C1 or higher (spoken and written)
