Location: Remote

š About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns end-to-end and is passionate about driving visibility, traffic, and conversions through experimentation, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
āŖļø Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
āŖļø Develop campaign strategies aligned with brand, growth, and performance goals
āŖļø Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
āŖļø Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing page messaging
āŖļø Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI
āŖļø Design and manage A/B testing for ads, audiences, and conversion funnels
āŖļø Track and analyze key KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
āŖļø Prepare performance reports and present insights, recommendations, and next steps to stakeholders
āŖļø Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
āŖļø Support additional digital strategies such as remarketing, email marketing, and SEO/visibility initiatives
āŖļø Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends
Responsibilities
š§ Required Skills & Experience
āŖļø 3ā5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns end-to-end
āŖļø Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
āŖļø Solid understanding of paid media metrics, analytics, and conversion tracking
āŖļø Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and tracking pixels
āŖļø Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
āŖļø Strong copywriting and ad messaging optimization skills
āŖļø Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
āŖļø Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel-based marketing
āŖļø Basic understanding of SEO and visibility strategies
āŖļø Experience supporting or integrating email marketing campaigns
āŖļø Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
āŖļø Detail-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset
āŖļø English level: C1 or higher (spoken and written)
