š Weāre Hiring: Learning Support Specialist (Remote) š
Weāre looking for a Learning Support Specialist to support our LMS operations and create engaging digital learning experiences. If you enjoy building content, organizing learning, and helping others succeed, this role might be perfect for you! š
š Fullātime, Monday to Friday
š” 100% Remote
Monday to Friday- 8am 5pm / 9am -6pm - Time Zone is EST
š§ Key Responsibilities
š Administer our LMS (Workday Learning preferred)
š ļø Set up courses, enrollments, learning paths & reports
š¬ Provide learner support and troubleshoot access issues
šØ Develop eLearning using Articulate Storyline & Rise
š¤ Support program launches and virtual sessions
šÆ What You Bring
šļø 2ā3 years in L&D, LMS administration, or digital learning
š„ļø Strong experience with Articulate 360
š¦ Knowledge of SCORM and eLearning publishing standards
š§© Excellent organization, communication & attention to detail
š Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
