Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the MMA analysts currently distributed across Asia and Europe who compile coverage reports, analyse trends and prepare insight products for communications leads working in more than 40 countries globally.

  • Manage workload and workflow, ensuring skills, capacity, and wellbeing are balanced and used effectively across the portfolio.
  • Lead weekly calls, including work planning, prioritisation, delivery check-ins and reflective discussions.
  • Conduct periodic retrospectives to assess ways of working and implement improvements to workflows, tools, and collaboration practices.
  • Ensure the regular updating of case studies and examples to support organisational reporting, learning, and funder communications.
  • Identify new tools, analysis types and product offerings that can be provided based on user feedback.
  • Manage access to subscriptions and paid tools, including liaising with vendors on contracts, assigning accounts to users, and supporting management of the budget.
  • Plan and oversee training and skills development, with a focus on analytical quality, writing, and confidence working with stakeholders.
