Scheduler (Career Development Role)
The Scheduler position is a one-year career development plan, during which your salary will increase progressively based on performance and milestones.
As a Scheduler, you will act as the link between patients/clients and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments between patients/clients and caregivers, including new services, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Serve as the main point of contact between both parties, ensuring clear, empathetic, and timely communication.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records using digital tools and systems.
- Provide excellent customer service while prioritizing patient/client needs.
Key Requirements
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Previous customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred but not required).
- Schedule flexibility and proficiency with digital tools.
- Strong active listening, empathy, organization, and communication skills.
Work Schedule & Modality
- Training period (1 month): Monday to Friday 8 - 5 CST
- After training: Schedule will be determined by the assigned client, therefore full availability is required.
- On-site position (100% presencial).
