  • Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or any Business-related course
  • A practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good communication and high level of integrity.

  • Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio through prudent credit appraisal, effective risk management practices, and proactive management of delinquent and non-performing accounts.
  • Champion exceptional customer experience by fostering strong customer relationships, resolving customer concerns promptly, and continuously improving service standards.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate branch staff through coaching, performance management, talent development, and effective human resource administration to build a high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compliance while promoting the organization’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.
