🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Fluency in German, Polish, Czech, and/or French (spoken and written)


✔ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills


✔ Clear diction, proper grammar, and a professional phone manner


✔ Ability to explain complex processes simply and confidently


✔ Strong multitasking skills (speaking, typing, reading, and navigating systems)


✔ Proven reliability and teamwork experience in a call center or customer support setting





Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

✅ Take full ownership of customer issues, resolving them with care and urgency


✅ Use probing questions to identify root causes and provide effective solutions


✅ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text


✅ Communicate confidently with customers in German, Polish, Czech, and French


✅ Maintain accurate records by updating internal systems and CRM tools


✅ Stay up to date with product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery


✅ Document all customer interactions clearly and professionally


✅ Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong team spirit every day
