Requirements for appointment :
i. Be a Kenyan citizen;
ii. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics or a related field from a recognizedUniversity;iii. Master’s Degree in a related field from a recognized University will be an added advantage;iv. Have had experience in management for a period of not less than five (5) years;v. Expertise in analysing data using statistical software. e. g R Gui ,SPSS and Advance Excel;vi. Literacy in using MS Project to schedule projects;vii. Professional qualification and membership to a professional body where applicable;viii.Have knowledge and a clear understanding of project management proficiency incomputer applications;ix. Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution. Responsibilities
