Maintain database of leads

Prepare weekly status report for Hot/Cold /Warm leads

Should be able to conduct site visits with proper
product knowledge

Should be able to negotiate prices directly with the
client

Coordinate documentation (offer letters and sale
agreement) with the clients /lawyer

QUALIFICATIONS

a) Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales &
Marketing, Business Administration

b) At least 7-10 years of experience as a Sales and or
Marketing in Real Estate industry particularly hardcore sales of Residential / Commercial
properties.

c) Have basic knowledge about commercial terms and conditions
and issues related to title of the property, relevant work experience with real
estate developers or

d) Tentative Joining : Immediate
