Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field – froma reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience handling Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. (FMCG) with at least 2 year’s experience managing and directing a sales teamis a must.
  • Spoken and written English communication with the highest standards ofprofessionalism is required.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management. Must be a fast learner, highly self-motivated, capable of producing high-impact workwithout supervision, adaptable, and self-confident.
  • Creativity to solve problems and develop ideas to improve workflow and efficiency. Mental and emotional fortitude to thrive in a fast pace, high-production, performance- driven environment

Responsibilities
  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and marketing expense controls. Execute said plan and meet sales goals. Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and provide ongoing trainingof the salespeople. Assist in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of salesrepresentatives. Develop new avenues of marketing and lead generation. Equip the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledgeeducation.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with prospective consumers andotherrelated industries to help strengthen partnerships.
  • Leverage the existing network and expand the company’s product reach andrepeatbusiness through relationship building and exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with the team to properly coordinate project implementation, andcustomer service support interface, and proactively address problems/customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, andopportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
  • Strategic reporting on all sales activities including sales and prospecting activities, salescalls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
