SokoFresh Agri Innovations EA Ltd ( SokoFresh)is a market leader in solar cold rooms deployment and management in Kenya. We
exist to provide a solution for post-harvest loss reduction at first mile and
by leveraging on solar energy we provide a cost-efficient system that runs anywherewithout grid reliance. SokoFresh provides cold storage to small holder farmers,small and medium sized farms as well as distributors of fresh produce.
JOB PURPOSE
We are growing our rental business unitteam. Your role will be to support the SokoFresh Rental Business Unit lead in
sales and marketing of the cold storage units. This is a salary + commissionB2B sales role; 80% of your time will be spent in the field and 20% of yourtime will be spent in the office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Cold Storage rental lead generation,qualification and closure.
· Forecasting sales,developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness
· Evaluate and anticipatecustomers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
· Maintain and expand clientdatabases
· Proactively identifyopportunities to grow SokoFresh’s brand awareness both online and offline to
enhance SokoFresh’s presence and appeal in Kenya.
QUALIFICATIONS
·
Degreein Business e.g B.Com / Business Administration / Marketing etc and 3+ Years of B2B sales experience preferably in an asset rental/ lease business. ·
Havea teachable can-do attitude.· An insatiable thirst for results.
· Startup experience preferred.
· Understanding of the sales process anddynamics.
· Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
· Superb interpersonal skills, including theability to quickly build rapport with customers.
