Reports to - Operations & Customer Service Manager.
Liaises with - All Internal departments (Academics, Accounts, Operations); and externeral (Parents and Students).
Main purpose - To promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school and strategically ensure the most effective use of resources in support of the schools learning objectives.
Support growth of student enrolments in the school.
Reports to - Operations & Customer Service Manager.
Liaises with - All Internal departments (Academics, Accounts, Operations); and externeral (Parents and Students).

Support growth of student enrolments in the school.
Maintain efficient office systems and routines including manuals, data entry routines, filing and retrieval systems e.t.c.
Co-ordinate school correspondence with stakeholders.
Administer school’s admissions procedures; by advising enquiring parents on admission criteria, collating applications for admission, and monitoring criteria being consistently complied with.
Order stationary and other supplies, while managing stocks inventory.
Manage the compilation and maintenance of the school equipment inventory.
Prepare and schedule invoices to all parents and processing of payments.
Health and Safety
Compile and track records on school health and safety policy.
Other General Responsibilities
Drive customer service standards in all parent interactions.
Any other duties as shall be assigned by management.
Min Educational Requirements and work experience
Diploma in Business Administration or Or Sales & Marketing. A degree will be an added advantage.
At least (3) years of working experience in a similar role or equivalent (not necessarily education sector).
Certificate of Good Conduct will be required.
Skills and knowledge needed
Sales & Marketing, Customer service, office administration. Bookkeeping experience an added advantage.
