Description
Education
An advanced university degree (Master’s or Doctorate degree, or equivalent) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Law, or a related field is required.
A first-level degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in the specified fields of studies with two additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Job - Specific Qualification
Professional certification in supply chain such as Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply certification (CIPS Level 4) is required.
Work Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, contract management, procurement related to the Implementing Partners including capacity assessment of Implementing Partners, contract administration or logistics and supply chain management or related area is required.
A minimum of two (2) consecutive years of experience in conducting international tender exercises to award contracts, during the last five years is required.
Experience in reviewing procurement documentation , procurement plans submitted by Implementing Partners is required.
Experience conducting due diligence in procurement for Implementing Partners is required.
Experience in sourcing, cleaning and preparing data, selection and developing visualization/metrics procurement, and/or supply chain management that enable easy communication/interpretation by the users is desirable.
Experience in coordinating procurement requirements with service providers across multiple locations, ensuring effective service delivery and monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs, is desirable.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in data analytics is desirable.
